Program Overview

The LaunchPad is a four month, real-world career readiness experience designed to help young adults gain clarity, build confidence, and explore career possibilities, in a network of like-minded peers & accomplished business leaders & mentors. Instead of sitting in a classroom, participants learn through internship or mentorship, hands-on experiences, and direct exposure to real professionals and environments for them to gain the insight and skills needed to take meaningful steps toward their future.

What is The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent?

The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent is a four-month career-readiness program for young adults with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or executive-functioning challenges. It follows the same Learn → Connect → Launch framework, with added structure, pacing, coaching, and support designed for neurodivergent learners. Participants begin with a guided Launch Weekend, then continue through ongoing coaching, accountability, mentorship, and real-world exposure. The program focuses on confidence, organization, communication, life skills, workplace readiness, and building practical systems that help participants move forward in a way that works with how they think.

Is The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent a class or a conference?

It is not a traditional class or conference. The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent is an interactive career-readiness experience that combines guided learning, coaching, mentorship, real-world practice, and structured support. Participants are not just sitting and listening. They are learning tools, practicing skills, building confidence, and creating a plan for what comes next.

The goal of The LaunchPad is to help young adults develop confidence, communication skills, and career direction while building meaningful relationships with mentors and professionals who can help guide their journey.

What is the goal of The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent?

The goal is to help neurodivergent young adults move forward with more confidence, clarity, and support. The program is designed to help participants better understand their strengths, manage executive-functioning challenges, communicate more effectively, build independence, and take meaningful next steps toward work, school, training, mentorship, or an internship.

Eligibility & Fit

The LaunchPad is designed for young, driven adults ages 18+ who are ready to take control of their future and build a career with intention. Whether you’re fresh out of high school with no clear plan or a recent college graduate looking to jumpstart your career this program meets you where you are and helps you figure out what’s next and how to get there. The LaunchPad connects you with the right people, experiences, and skills to pave your way to the future. 

Who is The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent designed for?

The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent is designed for young adults with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or executive-functioning challenges who want support building confidence, direction, life skills, and workplace readiness. It may be a good fit for young adults who are bright and capable, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, under-supported, unsure what comes next, or unsure how to turn their strengths into real-world progress.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to apply?

A formal diagnosis may be helpful, but it is not the only way to qualify.

Participants may be eligible if they have been assessed by a licensed provider, self-identify as neurodivergent, or display suspected neurodivergent traits that affect learning, organization, communication, focus, or daily functioning.

Is this program only for people with ADHD or autism?

No. The program is designed for ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and executive-functioning challenges. Some participants may have a diagnosis. Others may not have a formal diagnosis but still relate to the challenges the program supports.

Is this a good fit if I struggle with anxiety, burnout, or overwhelm?

It may be, especially if those challenges are connected to executive functioning, school, work, communication, transitions, or unclear expectations. The program is designed to be supportive and structured, but it is not a replacement for therapy, crisis care, or medical treatment.

The LaunchPad is designed for young adults who are a at least 18 years old who are preparing to enter, grow, or find direction in the workforce. Some events may allow slight flexibility depending on the program structure and sponsor partnerships.

No. You do not need to have your future figured out before joining. This program is specifically designed for young adults who may want independence, work experience, or direction, but need support building the systems, confidence, and clarity to get there.

The Experience

Launch Weekend  is where everything starts. This high-energy, immersive weekend focuses on establishing your foundation for success,  building your confidence, and preparing you to enter the workforce with direction and connections!

Launch Weekend Schedule:

  • Friday: 4 PM – 9 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Sunday: 9 AM – 4 PM

What is the goal of The LaunchPad: Neurodivergent?

The program is designed to help participants better understand their strengths, manage executive-functioning challenges, communicate more effectively, build independence, and take meaningful next steps toward work, school, training, mentorship, or an internship.

  • Group coaching & mastermind sessions (2x per month)
  • Ongoing mentorship
  • Business site visits
  • Continued accountability and guidance

Very. This is not passive learning. This highly interactive program is designed to have participants actively involved and will engaging in conversations, group exercises, mentorship discussions, and collaborative activities rather than sitting through traditional lectures.

School teaches information. The LaunchPad builds direction, confidence, and relationships.

Participants don’t just learn, they connect with real people and see how things actually work.

Topics may include:

• Discovering strengths and interests
• Communication and leadership skills
• Professional etiquette and workplace expectations
• Career exploration across multiple industries
• Building confidence and self-direction

Intern & Mentor Opportunities

Participants are matched with professionals aligned with their interests and meet regularly for guidance, support, and real-world insight. 

Internship opportunities are designed to give graduates real-world exposure after the program. Eligible participants may be connected with a two-month unpaid internship opportunity based on their interests, goals, availability, and employer fit.

Business owners, professionals, and leaders across multiple industries.

Yes. Many participants leave with long-term mentor relationships and a network they can continue to grow.

Application & Enrollment

There are two ways to enroll in The LaunchPad:

  1. Direct Enrollment (Self-Pay)
    You can apply, be accepted, and secure your spot by enrolling directly. Applications will be available online shortly. 
  2. Sponsored Scholarship
    You may be selected to participate through a sponsor-funded scholarship, either by applying to a scholarship opportunity or being chosen through a sponsor-hosted contest.

If you’re ready to commit and want to secure your spot, direct enrollment is the fastest path.
If you prefer to pursue sponsorship, you can apply for available scholarship opportunities while going through the application process.

Spots are limited for each program cycle. Applying early gives you the best chance of securing a spot or being considered for scholarship opportunities.

Applications are reviewed, and accepted participants receive:

  • Confirmation of acceptance
  • Enrollment instructions
  • Program details and onboarding information

No. The program is selective to ensure the right group dynamic and participant experience. Applicants are reviewed based on readiness and fit.

Enrollment in The LaunchPad is $4,597. This includes the full program experience, including Launch Weekend, ongoing coaching, internship or mentorship, and career-readiness support, throughout the program & beyond.  Scholarship opportunities may be available for eligible students through sponsor-funded support. Sponsorship Overview

Your sponsorship directly funds a full LaunchPad scholarship for a deserving young adult in the community, covering program participation & mentorship program, leadership and career readiness training, and professional development resources & materials. 

Sponsoring The LaunchPad isn’t charity. It’s workforce investment. You provide a driven young adult with access to this program at no cost, while building future talent, strengthening your community, and positioning your organization as a leader in the next generation of workforce development.

Each level increases visibility, engagement opportunities, and involvement.
Higher levels include stronger brand exposure, deeper engagement, and greater community impact. You can request a sponsorship proposal that breakdown the different sponsorship investments & benefits below. A complete version will be available online soon. 

Yes. Many organizations sponsor multiple participants or entire cohorts.

Typically one program cycle (4 months), with opportunities for ongoing partnership.

A scholarship contest allows your organization to fund a student’s participation in The LaunchPad while engaging your community. Applicants submit a short entry sharing their goals, interests, and why they want to be selected.

Applicants are typically young adults ages 18–24 who are eligible for The LaunchPad program. You may choose to focus on a specific audience such as local students, employees’ children, or a particular community group.

Yes. You can choose to limit eligibility based on geography, school affiliation, or other criteria that align with your organization’s goals.

Yes. We provide suggested essay or video prompts, but sponsors may customize requirements to align with their brand or values. Tand will provide an application based on your custom contest rules.he LaunchPad team will help ensure alignment and fairness.

Yes. We can tailor sponsorship packages to meet your goals.

Time & Commitment

The process is designed to be simple and manageable. Most sponsors spend minimal time launching the contest and reviewing submissions at the end of the entry period.

You can choose to narrow the applicant pool using eligibility criteria or create a shortlisting process to review top candidates.

The LaunchPad team provides guidance and promotional support to help increase visibility and participation if needed.

Marketing & Visibility

Absolutely. Sponsors are encouraged to promote the contest through social media, email, internal communications, and community outreach.

Yes. You may highlight finalists as part of your engagement and storytelling efforts.

Yes. LaunchPad may feature the selected recipient as part of program promotion and community storytelling.

Decision & Selection

The sponsor selects the final recipient. You may choose to involve your internal team or leadership in the decision-making process.

LaunchPad can provide guidance and optional support in reviewing submissions if desired, but final selection remains with the sponsor.

Once a recipient is selected, LaunchPad handles onboarding, program coordination, and participant support to ensure a smooth experience.

Sponsor Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Agreement

By signing below and/or submitting payment, the Sponsor agrees to these Terms & Conditions for participation in programs, training initiatives, contests, and related events hosted by The LaunchPad Community Inc. d/b/a The LaunchPad (“The LaunchPad”).

Sponsorship benefits are provided according to the selected sponsorship tier and confirmed in writing by The LaunchPad.

2. Sponsorship Tiers

The LaunchPad offers the following sponsorship tiers. All benefits are subject to written confirmation in the applicable sponsorship agreement.

The LaunchPad offers multiple sponsorship opportunities, which may include scholarship sponsorships, community sponsorships, leadership sponsorships, corporate sponsorships, or other customized sponsor arrangements.

Sponsor benefits are based on the sponsorship tier selected by the Sponsor and confirmed in writing by The LaunchPad through a sponsor package, invoice, payment page, proposal, order form, or written agreement.

Benefits may include, but are not limited to, scholarship funding, recognition on The LaunchPad website, social media recognition, logo placement, sponsor spotlight features, scholarship contest support, networking opportunities, event visibility, speaking opportunities, branded materials, mentorship opportunities, employee engagement opportunities, training opportunities, or other sponsor-related deliverables.

Current sponsorship levels may include:

  • Scholar Sponsor  
  • Community Sponsor  
  • Leadership Sponsor  
  • Corporate Sponsor / Custom Corporate Sponsorship

Corporate Sponsorships may be customized based on the sponsor’s goals, contribution level, desired visibility, scholarship support, employee engagement, training opportunities, event involvement, community impact goals, or other mutually agreed-upon sponsor benefits.

Corporate Sponsorship pricing, benefits, payment terms, and deliverables must be confirmed in writing by The LaunchPad through a proposal, invoice, payment page, order form, or written agreement.

Specific pricing and benefits are listed on the applicable sponsor package, website payment page, proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement in effect at the time of sponsorship confirmation.

Specific benefits, timelines, visibility, and deliverables are subject to the selected sponsorship level, sponsor eligibility, payment status, program schedule, production deadlines, sponsor-provided materials, required approvals, and written confirmation from The LaunchPad.

The LaunchPad may make reasonable substitutions, adjustments, or modifications to sponsorship benefits when necessary due to program changes, event changes, production limitations, sponsor delays, missing or late sponsor materials, vendor availability, event logistics, or circumstances outside The LaunchPad’s reasonable control.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fifty percent (50%) of the total sponsorship payment is due at the time the sponsorship application is completed online at https://www.l-pad.com.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Kick-Off Weekend.
  • Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until the initial payment is received.

Corporate Sponsorship Payments

Corporate Sponsorships and other large sponsorship arrangements may be invoiced directly by The LaunchPad. Upon agreement, The LaunchPad will issue an invoice with an ACH payment link. Sponsors may request a credit card payment link; however, ACH payment is preferred for large sponsorship payments when available.

Corporate Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until the required initial payment or agreed payment arrangement has been received and confirmed by The LaunchPad.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be arranged upon prior written approval from an authorized LaunchPad representative. All agreed payment plan terms must be followed to maintain sponsorship status.

Missed Balance Deadline

If the remaining balance is not received by the thirty (30) day deadline prior to Kick-Off Weekend, The LaunchPad reserves the right to:

  • If applicable, any sponsor-supported or sponsor-nominated participant placement may be modified, reassigned, or delayed until payment is fulfilled; and/or
  • Modify or suspend sponsorship benefits until payment is fulfilled.

Sponsorship payments are non-refundable except as provided in Section 6.

4. Tax, Legal, and Accounting Treatment

  • The LaunchPad does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Sponsors are responsible for consulting their own advisors regarding the tax, accounting, or legal treatment of any sponsorship payment.

5. Marketing Materials & Logo Usage

Sponsor must provide required logos, brand assets, approvals, copy, images, and other requested materials by the deadlines provided by The LaunchPad. Failure to provide materials or approvals on time may delay, reduce, or prevent delivery of certain sponsorship benefits without refund. The LaunchPad reserves final discretion regarding placement and presentation.

Sponsors grant The LaunchPad a non-exclusive license to use sponsor trademarks solely for promotional purposes related to the sponsorship.

Sponsors may not use The LaunchPad’s branding without prior written approval.

6. Code of Conduct

Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with The LaunchPad’s mission.

The LaunchPad reserves the right to terminate sponsorship participation without refund if sponsor conduct is unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with organizational values.

7. Cancellation & Program Changes

Sponsor Cancellation

  • More than 45 days prior to the program start date: Sponsors are eligible for a full refund of sponsorship fees paid. 
  • 30–45 days prior to the program start date: Sponsors are eligible for a 50% refund of sponsorship fees paid. 
  • Within 30 days of the program start date: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to The LaunchPad.

Program Modification or Cancellation

The LaunchPad reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel programming due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, speaker availability, venue issues, weather events, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, public health emergencies, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.

In such cases, sponsors may receive:

  • A full refund of sponsorship fees paid, or 
  • The option to transfer sponsorship participation to a future program cycle. 

8. Limitation of Liability

The LaunchPad shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God. The LaunchPad is not responsible for any ancillary or consequential sponsor expenses, including but not limited to travel, lodging, marketing materials, shipping costs, or other related expenditures. Total liability shall not exceed the total sponsorship fee paid.

9. Data Privacy

Participant data will only be shared with appropriate consent and must not be sold, misused, or transferred unlawfully.

10. Indemnification

Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The LaunchPad Community Inc., its officers, directors, and agents from claims arising from sponsor materials, activities, or misconduct.

11. Intellectual Property

All program materials remain the exclusive property of The LaunchPad Community Inc. Sponsorship does not grant reproduction rights.

12. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The LaunchPad will make reasonable efforts to deliver the sponsorship benefits confirmed in writing. However, sponsorship does not guarantee specific enrollment numbers, participant outcomes, employment outcomes, media coverage, social media engagement, business referrals, sales, tax treatment, public recognition results, or other specific results unless expressly stated in writing by The LaunchPad.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Mandatory Mediation

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and mandatory mediation in Florida.

Binding Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida under AAA rules. A single arbitrator shall preside. The parties waive jury trial rights.

The LaunchPad may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or contractual rights.

Attorneys’ Fees

The prevailing party in any mediation, arbitration, or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, including appellate fees.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior discussions or representations.

This experience is designed to build workplace and real-life applicable skills that last us for a lifetime. In-person workshops are where we meet like-minded brains and apply tools without pressure or ongoing life demands. Note: Fidgeting and stimming are allowed, and we provide lunch, water, and snacks!
