As a late-diagnosed AuDHD (ADHD + Autistic) psychotherapist, Kate Engel knows firsthand the challenges of living with a neurodivergent brain – chronic disorganization, time blindness, meltdowns, misreading social cues, and sensitivity to rejection. After receiving her diagnosis, Kate immersed herself in learning everything she could to help neurodivergent minds manage executive function so they can engage with their unique strengths.
After receiving her master’s in counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, she developed her own private practice (Live Our Potential LLC) where she specializes in neurodivergence and OCD. As a licensed professional counselor and certified ADHD clinical services provider, Kate is focused on helping people manage awareness of their thoughts and emotions using clinical interventions such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her deep expertise and personal experience with AuDHD allow her to help clients develop systems and tools to create an environment where their brains can thrive – and where things are a little less loud.
Before her counseling career, Kate was a globally based workforce development trainer and university lecturer. She has worked for several international aid and teaching organizations serving at-risk populations whose missions included building learning opportunities for adults already in the workforce and students looking to break into their early careers.
Kate also self-identifies as having dyscalculia (math and spatial learning disability). She cannot read maps but for some reason was able to travel to forty-seven (47) countries. Most of that time was trying to find her way back to the hotel. She has lived and worked in six different countries, including China, Chile, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and the United States.

Grace Lichtenstein is an award-winning international speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, and mental health professional. For the last 25+ years, she has been working with individuals and corporate teams to improve their health, become more productive, and reduce their stress. As a mental health professional with training in both Eastern and Western health philosophies, she uses a holistic approach to wellness which allows her to provide comprehensive strategies that support biopsychosocial health.
In addition to her work with The LaunchPad, Grace is the Director of Training with CuraLinc Healthcare which provides SupportLinc EAP resources to over 11M members worldwide. Grace spent almost a decade serving clients in her private counseling practice and as a primary therapist in a substance abuse treatment center in the largest hospital system in Alaska. After moving back to the “Lower 48”, she entered the speaking and training field while continuing to support clients through her therapeutic coaching practice. As a trainer and speaker, she has engaged with over 150,000 participants in all 50 states and in 28 countries while training management how to identify and support neurodiverse employees.
Her expertise spans the gamut from soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership and team building, conflict management, stress management) to sub-clinical topics (e.g., suicide risk assessment and prevention, crisis management, mental health in the workplace, trauma-informed care).
One of Grace’s passions is promoting understanding and support of neurodivergence. She conducted undergraduate research in the early ‘90’s on autism, explored the intersectionality of addiction and ADHD while interning at an adolescent addiction treatment center, and created a therapeutic 12-week family program which included a focus on neurodiversity within family systems. The icing on the cake is her own personal brand of neurospicy: ADHD, dyscalculia, depression, and addiction.
Education & Certifications
Allison is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the field. Before joining The LaunchPad as a neurodivergent pathway specialist, she served for six years as a Clinical Supervisor at a Community Mental Health Center in Philadelphia, PA.
She also has experience in individual, couples’, and family outpatient therapy working with children (ages 5 and up) and adults with various diagnoses, focusing primarily on treating stress related to trauma and loss, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, OCD, Dissociative Disorders (DID), Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorders. For the last seven years, she has been a part of the University of Pennsylvania’s graduate school of counseling as a seminar leader. She also supervises master level clinicians for their licenses and provides workshops on how to prevent suicide, recognize trauma, and approach CBT more creatively. She currently works at a group practice, Growth Minded LLC, and has expanded her skills into exposure work for OCD, and neuro-affirming therapy for the Autistic and ADHD communities. She openly shares her ADHD diagnosis with all of her clients. She has completed certified ADHD provider training and more specific training in surviving narcissistic abuse.
Allison has trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) under one of its creators, Esther Deblinger, and participated in the Beck Initiative, through which she became certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) through Stanford University, which focuses on addressing cognitions that create shame and guilt that may arise from experiencing trauma.
Allison believes in building trust in the therapeutic space by exploring clients’ hopes, values, identities, culture, and developmental history to help them build insight into their thoughts and behaviors. In her structured approach, she wants her clients to leave with skills that can be applied to life experiences. She also likes to use more creative approaches, including exposure, play, art, and relaxation, to help clients share their unique stories regardless of age. She is an ally to the queer and BIPOC communities. She accepts everyone for who they are, supports them in who they want to become, and helps them discover strengths that they may struggle to find on their own.

By signing below and/or submitting payment, the Sponsor agrees to these Terms & Conditions for participation in programs, training initiatives, contests, and related events hosted by The LaunchPad Community Inc. d/b/a The LaunchPad (“The LaunchPad”).
Sponsorship benefits are provided according to the selected sponsorship tier and confirmed in writing by The LaunchPad.
The LaunchPad offers the following sponsorship tiers. All benefits are subject to written confirmation in the applicable sponsorship agreement.
The LaunchPad offers multiple sponsorship opportunities, which may include scholarship sponsorships, community sponsorships, leadership sponsorships, corporate sponsorships, or other customized sponsor arrangements.
Sponsor benefits are based on the sponsorship tier selected by the Sponsor and confirmed in writing by The LaunchPad through a sponsor package, invoice, payment page, proposal, order form, or written agreement.
Benefits may include, but are not limited to, scholarship funding, recognition on The LaunchPad website, social media recognition, logo placement, sponsor spotlight features, scholarship contest support, networking opportunities, event visibility, speaking opportunities, branded materials, mentorship opportunities, employee engagement opportunities, training opportunities, or other sponsor-related deliverables.

Corporate Sponsorships may be customized based on the sponsor’s goals, contribution level, desired visibility, scholarship support, employee engagement, training opportunities, event involvement, community impact goals, or other mutually agreed-upon sponsor benefits.
Corporate Sponsorship pricing, benefits, payment terms, and deliverables must be confirmed in writing by The LaunchPad through a proposal, invoice, payment page, order form, or written agreement.
Specific pricing and benefits are listed on the applicable sponsor package, website payment page, proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement in effect at the time of sponsorship confirmation.
Specific benefits, timelines, visibility, and deliverables are subject to the selected sponsorship level, sponsor eligibility, payment status, program schedule, production deadlines, sponsor-provided materials, required approvals, and written confirmation from The LaunchPad.
The LaunchPad may make reasonable substitutions, adjustments, or modifications to sponsorship benefits when necessary due to program changes, event changes, production limitations, sponsor delays, missing or late sponsor materials, vendor availability, event logistics, or circumstances outside The LaunchPad’s reasonable control.
Corporate Sponsorship Payments
Corporate Sponsorships and other large sponsorship arrangements may be invoiced directly by The LaunchPad. Upon agreement, The LaunchPad will issue an invoice with an ACH payment link. Sponsors may request a credit card payment link; however, ACH payment is preferred for large sponsorship payments when available.
Corporate Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until the required initial payment or agreed payment arrangement has been received and confirmed by The LaunchPad.
Payment Plans
Payment plans may be arranged upon prior written approval from an authorized LaunchPad representative. All agreed payment plan terms must be followed to maintain sponsorship status.
Missed Balance Deadline
If the remaining balance is not received by the thirty (30) day deadline prior to Kick-Off Weekend, The LaunchPad reserves the right to:
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable except as provided in Section 6.
Sponsor must provide required logos, brand assets, approvals, copy, images, and other requested materials by the deadlines provided by The LaunchPad. Failure to provide materials or approvals on time may delay, reduce, or prevent delivery of certain sponsorship benefits without refund. The LaunchPad reserves final discretion regarding placement and presentation.
Sponsors grant The LaunchPad a non-exclusive license to use sponsor trademarks solely for promotional purposes related to the sponsorship.
Sponsors may not use The LaunchPad’s branding without prior written approval.
Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with The LaunchPad’s mission.
The LaunchPad reserves the right to terminate sponsorship participation without refund if sponsor conduct is unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with organizational values.
Sponsor Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to The LaunchPad.
Program Modification or Cancellation
The LaunchPad reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel programming due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, speaker availability, venue issues, weather events, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, public health emergencies, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.
In such cases, sponsors may receive:
The LaunchPad shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God. The LaunchPad is not responsible for any ancillary or consequential sponsor expenses, including but not limited to travel, lodging, marketing materials, shipping costs, or other related expenditures. Total liability shall not exceed the total sponsorship fee paid.
Participant data will only be shared with appropriate consent and must not be sold, misused, or transferred unlawfully.
Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The LaunchPad Community Inc., its officers, directors, and agents from claims arising from sponsor materials, activities, or misconduct.
All program materials remain the exclusive property of The LaunchPad Community Inc. Sponsorship does not grant reproduction rights.
The LaunchPad will make reasonable efforts to deliver the sponsorship benefits confirmed in writing. However, sponsorship does not guarantee specific enrollment numbers, participant outcomes, employment outcomes, media coverage, social media engagement, business referrals, sales, tax treatment, public recognition results, or other specific results unless expressly stated in writing by The LaunchPad.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Mandatory Mediation
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and mandatory mediation in Florida.
Binding Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida under AAA rules. A single arbitrator shall preside. The parties waive jury trial rights.
The LaunchPad may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or contractual rights.
Attorneys’ Fees
The prevailing party in any mediation, arbitration, or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, including appellate fees.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior discussions or representations.
